Imagine a journey that not only changes lives but also sparks a movement to create a world rooted in unconditional love. Let me take you back to the moment when Abba and I first met in Nairobi, Kenya. Little did we know that this serendipitous encounter would lead us on a transformative path, where love and friendship would become the driving forces behind our shared mission.
The Journey Begins:
It all started when I flew to Africa, saying yes to God and no to my rational thinking mind. Little did I know that on the other side of the globe, I would meet Abba Henry, who would forever change my life. Abba was a leader among the marginalized asylum seekers and refugees living in the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya, and we instantly connected during one of my virtual online workshops. It was the beginning of something remarkable.
Building a Connection:
I first met Abba when he and other African refugees and asylum seekers living in the Kakuma refugee camp attended one of my virtual online training programs. Recognizing Abba’s leadership potential, I offered him a scholarship to join my 12-month group coaching program. However, this decision presented several challenges.
The refugees lacked basic necessities, including proper cell phones and laptops required for an online program. Determined to help, I organized a special fundraising event, which successfully raised the necessary funds to purchase the equipment and ship it to my home in Northern New Jersey.
Overcoming Obstacles:
The next challenge we faced was the delivery of the equipment to Abba. The shipping costs and tariffs turned out to be unreasonably high. However, an unexpected turn of events led me to make a decision I never anticipated — I boarded a flight to Nairobi.
Our first face to face meeting was nothing short of extraordinary, as we discovered a bond that transcended time and space. Those seven unforgettable days became a gateway into the realm of heart space, where the unconditional loving energy of the Universe enveloped us. In that sacred space, Abba and I became partners, united by a deep sense of purpose.
A Shared Mission of Abundance and Freedom:
As we connected in heart space, we realized that our journey together was about more than just personal transformation. We shared a mission — an audacious vision to create a world where abundance, prosperity, and financial freedom are accessible to all. It was a calling that resonated within our souls, compelling us to take action and spread the message of unconditional love.
